1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using the phwin32 platform available at phwin32.net (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the phwin32 Privacy Policy and any game-specific, promotion-specific, or product-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the phwin32 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The phwin32 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations and applicable Philippine law. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. phwin32 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the phwin32 Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted is not authorized. phwin32 makes no representations that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) phwin32 account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, phwin32 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals without notice.

2.4 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false or misleading information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwin32 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify phwin32 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

phwin32 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until phwin32 has been notified of unauthorized access and has taken reasonable steps to secure the account.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access or use your account, or transfer your account to another individual. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phwin32 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payment. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phwin32 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at phwin32 is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance. Specific payment methods may carry higher minimum deposit amounts, which will be clearly displayed at the point of deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. phwin32 will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform's cashier page. Processing times may vary by payment method and are subject to the operational hours and policies of the relevant payment provider.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

phwin32 is obligated to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) legislation and PAGCOR reporting requirements. In accordance with these obligations, phwin32 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period will result in a withdrawal hold and may result in account suspension.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by phwin32 are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Bonus Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by phwin32 are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

phwin32 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to close any associated account — where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and collusion between players in connection with a promotion.

5.4 No Cash Alternative

Bonuses and promotional rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative consideration except as expressly permitted under the relevant promotion terms. phwin32 does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion and reserves the right to discontinue or modify any promotion at any time.

6 Gameplay and Wagering

All games offered on the phwin32 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of the Platform's commercial interests. phwin32 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentages for its slot games within each game's information panel.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, phwin32 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wager staked on those rounds. Winnings arising from game malfunctions will not be honored. phwin32 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of interrupted gameplay due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwin32 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to phwin32 support immediately;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation or IP blocking measures;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the fair experience of other players on the Platform.

phwin32 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of the above prohibitions and to report such conduct to PAGCOR or other relevant authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phwin32 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game artwork, audio, video, and interface design — is the property of phwin32 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phwin32. Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwin32 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical downtime, network failures, or force majeure events.

phwin32's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phwin32 account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

phwin32 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Conduct that is harmful, abusive, or threatening toward phwin32 staff or other players;
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Extended inactivity in accordance with the Platform's dormant account policy.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in a verified account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phwin32 Platform shall first be referred to the phwin32 customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the applicable Philippine arbitral authority, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, as agreed by the parties.

For regulatory complaints relating to the operation of the Platform, players may also contact PAGCOR directly through PAGCOR's official channels.

13 Amendments

phwin32 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, phwin32 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform's notice board or by email to the address registered on your account. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phwin32 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11 above.
